Recruitment of quality student/athletes
Organizes and directs practice and game activities
Game preparation and strategy
Scheduling
Organizing camps and clinics
Knowledge of and adherence to NAIA rules and regulations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Required Skills
Experience in demonstrating strong coaching skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Act as a mentor and role model to youth
Ability to keep accurate records and stats
IT skills: PC/laptop, Word, Excel, E-mail
