Mini-Hawk Coach for Summer Sports Camp (kids ages 4-6) 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars 1521 Palm Street, Metairie, LA 70001 Skyhawks Sports Academy is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated coaches to join our team for our Mini-Hawk summer sports camp. Mini-Hawk is designed for younger children aged 4-6 who are just starting to develop their interest in sports. As a coach, you will be responsible for providing a positive and engaging environment that helps our young campers build a solid foundation in sports while having fun.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fun and engaging sports activities for young children Teach basic skills and techniques of various sports, including soccer, basketball, and baseball Provide a positive and safe environment for all campers Foster a love of sports and encourage teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship Develop and maintain positive relationships with campers and their families Attend all staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
Passion for sports and working with young children Experience working with children of various ages and abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to pass a background check This is a seasonal position, running from May 2024, to August 2024.
