The assistant coach will be responsible for assisting the head coach in all phases of the program. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, overall program administration, practice, and game preparation. AA/EOE Minimum Qualifications A bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college or university. Preferred Qualifications Previous successful college coaching and/or playing experience preferred. A strong commitment to the student first concept and a working knowledge of NAIA rules and regulations is required. Strong organization, oral, written communication and computer skills are required. Working knowledge of social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). A demonstrated ability to recruit and work with culturally diverse groups of people is required. Special Requirements Summary Work Hours The position requires frequent travel, and requires work hours throughout the day and during weekends.
