Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cheerleading Coach to lead our high school cheer program. The coach will be responsible for developing athletes’ skills, fostering teamwork, promoting school spirit, and ensuring a safe and positive environment. Responsibilities include planning and leading practices, choreographing routines, organizing performances at athletic events, coordinating team events and competitions, and ensuring compliance with school and athletic regulations.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in cheerleading (coaching or participation) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of safety standards and cheerleading techniques
