Job description:
Ability to train and motivate athletes to perform at a peak level.
Ability to work cooperatively with other members of the coaching staff.
Desire to help student athletes achieve success beyond high school.
Assist Head Coach with all required paperwork.
Qualification:
High School Diploma; Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred Knowledge in the fundamentals of the sport
Coaching experience in the sport
First Aid/CPR/A.E.D. Certification required.
Must obtain MIAA coaching certification within one year of assignment.
Ability to problem solve
