Join the Beverly Y as a Gymnastics Coach and lead youth from recreational levels to Xcel competitive team in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Coach gymnasts of all levels, focusing on skill development and sportsmanship Lead recreational and Xcel team practices Build strong relationships with gymnasts and families Ensure a clean, safe gym space and follow YMCA protocols Be available for evenings, weekends, and travel for meets
What We’re Looking For:

Apply today! 2+ years coaching Xcel Bronze/Silver or JO Levels 3-5 (preferred) Competition experience and knowledge of Xcel or JO Code of Points Ability to demonstrate skills and spot safely SafeSport Certified (or willing to complete within 15 days) CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Team player who’s passionate about youth development
Physical Requirements:
