$30K•$39.7K a year 4 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Soccer Full Job Description CCA is seeking a Head Coach for our girls middle school soccer team. Qualified candidates will love the Lord, demonstrate maturity of Christian faith and character, and possess the desire to invest in the lives of teenage girls. They will have experience playing and coaching soccer, and a love for the sport. They will maintain high standards of professional conduct, especially in their ability to communicate with students, parents, opponents, and officials with clarity, integrity, and grace.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Manage all team-related activities during the season, including practices, games, and equipment. Instruct the team in soccer rules, game strategies, and performance principles. Evaluate athletes’ skills, in order to determine their fitness and potential roles on the team. Plan and direct training and physical conditioning programs that will enable athletes to achieve maximum performance. Work with Athletic Director and other soccer coaches to manage and grow the girls soccer program at CCA Encourage student athletes in their spiritual lives, and be willing to walk alongside and disciple students as they work out their faith in Jesus on and off the field. Drive students to away games in a CCA 15-passenger van. Applicants must be willing to sign CCA’s Statement of Faith and Core Values, and maintain the highest Christian virtue and personal decorum, serving as a Christian role model and mentor both in and out of school, to students, parents, fellow faculty members and employees in judgment, dignity, respect, and Christian living.
Contract runs:
August 18, 2025 through October 24, 2025
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience Position will remain open until filled. Candidate interviews will be scheduled following review of requested material. Position may be filled at anytime through the search process once a desired candidate has been identified.
