JV or Varsity Girls Volleyball Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School District 93 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, MA 01077 Overview We are seeking a Varsity/JV Girls Volleyball Coach – Duties Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individuals or teams. Conduct regular practice sessions. Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Promote safety protocols during all activities, ensuring a secure environment for all participants. Manage behavior effectively, utilizing behavior management techniques as needed. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from all skill levels. Collaborate with parents or guardians regarding the progress and development of participants.
