Viking Sports is actively looking for enthusiastic sports coaches to join Team Viking this spring. As a company, Viking offers instructional sports clinics, fun multi-sports classes, and school vacation camps in the Greater Boston area. Fall 2025 Season This fall we are running instructional sports clinics that cover soccer, basketball, flag football, baseball, Viking Ninja Warrior, and golf, and we will be working with kids ages two through twelve (2

• 12).

We offer a variety of clinics seven (7) days a week. For the candidate that excels in the role, there are year round work opportunities. What We Are Looking For The ideal coach, above all, must be an exceptional role model with an enthusiastic personality. From there, the Viking staff can teach the necessary coaching skills required to succeed when connecting with kids. We are looking to round the follow teams: Weekday team

• works in the schools during the day After School Team
• works in the afternoon to deliver sports programing Events Team

TRAINING

All new coaches are sent through Viking University, wherein we provide both classroom training and mentorship-based on-the-job training to ensure each new coach has the tools to succeed. Coaches will work closely with Viking’s CEO and leadership team. We are specialists in fun, and our training reflects that. PERKS + Free program enrollment. Never pay for any Viking program

• coaches play for free in our adult leagues and their kids never pay to enroll in a Viking program.

COACH QUALIFICATIONS

✪ Previous experience working with / coaching kids (required in order to be a head coach) ✪ Enthusiastic personality ✪ Experience coaching / playing / refereeing sports preferred, but not necessary ✪ Desire to join an environment where the most important thing is to have fun ✪ Weekend and afternoon availability ✪ Access to your own transportation Our Fall season begins in September and includes opportunities such as school vacation camps, one-day holiday camps, school field days, and other non-clinic Viking events (i.e., birthday parties, team building, and large-scale town events).
