Part Time Coach New England Force Stoughton, MA 02072 Company Overview New England Force is a premier soccer club dedicated to fostering talent and promoting the love of soccer among youth. Our mission is to develop skilled players while instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Summary We are seeking a passionate Coach to join our team at New England Force. This role is pivotal in guiding young athletes in their soccer journey, enhancing their skills, and promoting a positive sporting experience. The position will involve working closely with players to develop their technical abilities and understanding of the game. Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs that enhance players’ skills and fitness levels. Provide guidance and support during practices and games to foster player development. Create a positive team environment that encourages participation and enjoyment of the sport. Evaluate individual player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club management regarding progress and goals. Organize team activities that promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Requirements Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer. Strong ability to educate young athletes on techniques and strategies of the game. Excellent communication skills to engage with players and parents effectively. Experience working with students or youth programs is highly desirable. Certifications in coaching or related fields are a plus. $35.00 – $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
Schedule:
4 hour shift After school Evening shift Every weekend Monday to Friday Night shift Weekends as needed
