What You’ll Do The Assistant Football Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the football program. This includes coaching and mentoring student-athletes, planning and implementing practice sessions, assisting with game-day preparation, supporting athletes’ academic and spiritual development, and contributing to the overall mission of the school.

Educate and coach student-athletes in alignment with Catholic values and the school’s mission Plan and lead position-specific practices and drills Assist in game planning, strategy development, and film analysis Foster a team culture rooted in respect, accountability, and faith Support the academic and personal growth of each student-athlete Participate in school and team events, service projects, and liturgies Aid in organizing summer programming Perform other duties as assigned by the

Athletic Director or Head Coach What We’re Looking For Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and previous coaching or playing experience A strong commitment to the Catholic mission and values of the school Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to mentor and support the holistic development of high school student-athletes Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for games and events

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level Experience working in a Catholic or faith-based school environment Understanding of and adherence to MIAA rules and guidelines Compensation This is a stipend-based position for the academic year, with compensation commensurate with experience and based on school budget and policies. Stipend range is $2500-$3000.
