CORE EXPECTATIONS
Responsible for the coaching of Pre School & school Age Gymnastics classes. Depending on coaching experience, the Gymnastics Coach may also coach some pre-team classes. Follows class curriculum as well as USA Gymnastics guidelines for skill level, age appropriation & Safety. Follows all YMCA as well as the Gymnastics studios Rules & policies.
Age requirements:
can be under the age of 18yrs with proper work permit. Willingness to accept responsibility. Be Enthusiastic. Must be able to lift & move gymnastics equipment up to 40lbs. Possess effective Teaching & Coaching skills. Have a working knowledge of the fundamental skills & progressions in the gymnastics program. Possess proper spotting techniques. Possess organizational skills.
