TITLE:
Varsity Football Coach
REPORTS TO
Athletic Director
LOCATION
Lunenburg High School (9-12), 1079 Massachusetts Ave, Lunenburg, MA 01462
GENERAL
The varsity coach is responsible for all aspects of the varsity football program as well as providing direction and support to assistant coaches and the junior varsity program. The purpose of this position is to be the head coach with instructing athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the students shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, sportsmanship and service to others. This position is from August – November ( including Thanksgiving Day and Playoff schedule).
Stipend:
per LEA collective bargaining agreement.
