Coaching Responsibilities:

The Head Women’s Ice Hockey Coach reports to the Director of Residence Life and Athletics and is responsible for leading all aspects of the women’s ice hockey program. This includes recruiting and retaining student-athletes, planning and conducting practices and competitions, and fostering academic and personal growth. The coach will create a positive and enjoyable team environment, manage program operations, ensure compliance with college and athletic regulations, and contribute to the campus community through collaboration and outreach.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous coaching and recruiting experience preferred. Must have a clean driving record. Consideration will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
