JV Baseball Head Coach (Gr. 9-12) 1.8 1.8 out of 5 stars Topsham, ME 04086 Welcome to Maine School Administrative District #75 (MSAD 75 ) Serving Maine’s Midcoast communities of Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Harpswell, and Topsham, MSAD 75 is home to over 2,350 students and more than 600 faculty and staff members. MSAD 75 is seeking a JV Baseball Head Coach to join our Athletic Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
: Work with the Varsity Head Coach to implement a comprehensive baseball program. Work collaboratively with other program coaches, parents, boosters and youth organizations. Provide positive leadership while teaching and modeling good sportsmanship during practices and games Provide adequate supervision and management of team members during practices and games. Use current best practices to teach and develop baseball skills, maintaining athlete safety. Consistently report game results to Athletic Director and appropriate media outlets.
REQUIREMENTS
: Prior high school baseball coaching experience preferred. Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to attain. Current Sports First Aid Certification, or ability to attain. State of Maine Department of Education background check (CHRC) authorization.
