This is a stipend position. Head Coach will be placed within the salary range based upon experience and credentials.
Description:
The coach shall be responsible for planning, managing and directing the entire Junior High Wrestling program. Specific shall include, but are not limited to the following tasks: Coaching of the Junior High Wrestling team. Managing all aspects of the program including practicing, competing, providing off-season improvement opportunities to include strength and conditioning and full usage of contact days. Marketing and promoting the Junior High Wrestling program. Coaching, guiding, and providing feedback to student athletes. Managing a fiscally sound budget. Monitoring class schedules, grades and student-athlete academic progress, and intervening where appropriate.
