Job Description
Learn from the best by working for one of the premier NCAA II swimming/diving programs in the country. Thirty-five national championships… and counting. Work with one of the best head coaches in the business as you assist in teaching, advising and mentoring student-athletes in accordance with NCAA, conference and university rules and regulations.
Responsibilities:
On deck coaching-practices and competitions Monitoring student-athlete academic performance Recruiting and retention-assist the head coach with efforts to recruit and retain top level student athletes Compliance-with NCAA, conference and university policies Budget- assist with travel Fundraising-assist with collaborative efforts with advancement Community engagement-promote a positive image of the program and the university in the community. Minimum of one year of swim coaching experience. (College coaching experience preferred)
