Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Fair Grove, MO We are seeking a Head Girls Soccer Coach to lead our high school program. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who is passionate about the development of student-athletes both on and off the field.

Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of the high school girls soccer program, including planning and running practices, managing games, and promoting a positive team culture. Collaborate with school staff, administration, and the athletic department to ensure the program aligns with academic and behavioral standards. Actively engage with the local youth soccer community to foster interest, provide mentorship, and build a pipeline of talent. Develop and implement a long-term vision for a sustainable and competitive girls soccer program. Provide leadership, mentorship, and encouragement to student-athletes at all skill levels.

Qualifications:

Prior coaching experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. A passion for player development and team-building. Ability to work collaboratively with parents, community members, and school personnel.
