Athletics – Coaching Job Description Head Coach-Men’s and Women’s Golf will oversee and direct the decision on various training methods and programs for student-athletes in the program while completing the ancillary duties assigned once the duties are determined. Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes. Design and teach competitive dance programs, including various skill levels. Create a safe, supportive and inclusive training environment for all athletes, ensuring adherence to team and university standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop seasonal training plans, prepare athletes for competitions, and provide strategic coaching to help athletes achieve personal and team goals
Monitor individual athlete progress, adjust choreography as needed, and provide ongoing feedback to each athlete throughout the season
Maintain effective communication with athletics administration and other relevant university staff
Oversee the program’s operational and recruitment budget

Previous coaching experience

Education:

Four-year college education
