Qualifications:
Prior experience coaching cross country or distance running is preferred Strong knowledge of training techniques, race strategies, and injury prevention Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes Valid coaching certification and CPR/First Aid preferred Ability to manage team logistics, schedules, and communication with parents and administration
