Youth Sports Coach RBI Factory 1116 Charmain Street, Fayetteville, NC 28311 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and education, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in a supportive environment. This role involves coaching various sports, primarily focusing on baseball and soccer, while fostering teamwork, discipline, and personal growth among participants. The Sports Coach will work closely with students of different skill levels, helping them develop their athletic abilities and understanding of the game. Duties Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of students. Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Educate students on the rules and strategies of baseball, soccer and other sports. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Manage behavior during practices and games to ensure a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize events, tournaments, and competitions. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities. Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress and any concerns. Skills Experience working with students in a coaching or educational capacity is essential. Strong background in sports coaching, particularly in baseball and basketball. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively guide student interactions. Ability to educate students on various sports concepts while promoting physical fitness.
