Serves in a leadership capacity. Must represent our organization in a positive manner publicly, online, and/or on the field. Must be able to provide constructive and positive feedback and communication with players of all ages and parents. Must be goal-oriented, organized and prepared for all practices, games and tournaments. Must have experience either playing at a high level of baseball or have experience as a head coach or an assistant coaching role. Must have a strong understanding of how to develop and motivate young athletes, creating an environment of learning while having fun. Must be able to identify weaknesses and strengths to design practices that can meet individual and team goals. Must be able to provide own transportation and arrive in timely manner at all events (practices, games, et).

Schedule:

Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
