High School Girls Volleyball Coach 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 3334 Bishop Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 Sports Coaches provide leadership, organization, and supervision for all aspects of the Rocky Mount Preparatory School Athletics program to ensure a competitive and successful program that follows all rules and regulations.

Sports Coach Duties & Responsibilities:

Communicate weekly and work in conjunction with the Athletic Director and Assistant Athletic to ensure the health and safety of the Student-Athletes. Direct the planning and coaching of practice sessions. Develop game/meet strategy and position assignments. Manage all Student-Athletes in a professional respectful way. Oversee recruitment of prospective Student-Athletes. Keep accurate records and documentation in compliance with the NCHSAA. Manage other program operations as necessary Help identify opportunities for new products to serve customers Compliance with NCHSAA rules and regulations and all other rules outlined in the school code of conduct Potential coaches must complete any coaching education courses required to become eligible in their specific sport Must be able to obtain CPR Certification (EWA funded) Must be trained on EWA Emergency Action Plan Procedures Driver’s License Sports Coach Qualifications At least 2+ years of experience in the area of coaching Must pass a background check Valid Driver License.!
