IS A VOLUNTEER

POSITION- Volunteer Basketball Coach The CP3 Basketball Academy is looking for volunteer youth basketball coaches for our 2025 Summer League. The league will take place from June 22nd-August 17th for k-9th graders. All games are on Sundays. Only K-2nd graders will have practice prior to their games. It is one practice and one game per week. The ideal candidate will represent the organization with complete professionalism, engage with the athletes, and be committed to developing them on and off the court as individuals.

THIS IS A VOLUNTEER POSTION ONLY.

It is important to note that while we do want to win as coaches the most important thing is that the athletes have the best experience possible and are in a positive environment where they can learn the game and have fun. Our coaches are expected to promote these values while they involved with the league. Prior coaching experience is required and you must be able to communicate effectively with the athletes (i.e. be able to teach them based on your basketball knowledge in a way they can understand on their level). You must also be able to pass a background check.
