$15•25/hour (based on experience) About Us Legends Sports Academy is a leading youth athletic center focused on developing well-rounded, confident athletes in a supportive and high-performance environment. We are looking for a Head Cheer Coach to lead All-Star cheer teams and coach tumbling athletes across multiple levels. What You’ll Do Serve as the head coach for one or more All-Star cheer teams Coach tumbling classes across all levels, including advanced athletes Spot and/or effectively teach through to fulls and double fulls Plan practices that prioritize progression, safety, and competition readiness Provide clear communication and feedback to athletes and families Collaborate with program leadership to maintain consistency across teams Attend competitions and gym events as required What We’re Looking For Prior head coaching experience with All-Star cheer teams (required) Deep understanding of high-level tumbling skills and technique Ability to safely spot or coach advanced tumbling (through double fulls) Strong leadership and athlete communication skills Positive, motivated, and growth-minded coaching style Must pass a background check CPR/First Aid and USASF/SafeSport certifications (or willingness to obtain) Perks of the Role Unlimited earning potential through private lessons Work with motivated athletes in a supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and leadership within the program•
