We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soccer and experience working with students of various ages. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for developing players’ skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sports environment. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with youth and have a commitment to educating athletes both on and off the field. Responsibilities Plan and conduct soccer training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Educate players on the rules of the game, strategies, and techniques to enhance their performance. Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring that every player feels valued and motivated. Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. Organize and oversee practice sessions, games, and tournaments. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding schedules, expectations, and player development. Promote physical fitness through engaging drills and activities that encourage an active lifestyle. Available for games on weekends. (Spanish & English) preferred. Experience with 11v11 and 9v9 game formats. Skills Strong knowledge of soccer techniques, rules, and strategies. Experience working with students or youth in a coaching or educational capacity. Ability to educate young athletes in various aspects of the game while fostering a love for soccer. Skills in childcare or youth engagement are highly valued. Additional , swimming, climbing or gym activities is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with players of all ages and their families.
