Job Description
Swim Instructor SwimMAC Carolina 9850 Providence Road, Charlotte, NC 28277 ## Job Overview We are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for swimming and teaching others how to swim in a safe and enjoyable environment. ## Responsibilities
- Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety
- Develop lesson plans based on students’ abilities and goals
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their swimming skills
- Ensure a safe and clean pool environment
- Communicate effectively with students and the program director regarding progress ## Experience ###
Required Skills:
- Experience in swimming ###
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Ability to educate and motivate students of all ages
- Experience in childcare or working with children
