We are painting a new picture and perception of racquet sports and have never lost our core goal—to help bring these sports to everyone that could never experience it before and to build positive and meaningful community in the process.” Qualifications Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in racquet sports (preferred) Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate students Background in physical education Experience working with children in a coaching or childcare setting Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging tennis and/or pickleball training programs for players of all skill levels. Teach fundamental techniques and strategies to enhance players’ performance. Monitor and assess players’ progress, providing constructive feedback. Organize and lead drills, practices, and matches, ensuring a safe environment. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote a positive sports culture. Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe and accessible.
