We’re seeking someone with a strong background in wrestling who can coach athletes of all experience levels—from beginners to seasoned competitors. Responsibilities Lead wrestling classes for both youth and adults of all skill levels. Design and implement structured training sessions focusing on technique, conditioning, and progression. Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help athletes refine their skills. Foster a positive, disciplined, and respectful training environment. Ensure a safe, clean, and professional training space at all times. Assist with athlete development for competition preparation and fight ready for MMA. Collaborate with other coaches and team members to support overall gym goals. Participate in events, seminars, and community outreach as needed. Build strong relationships with students and families to encourage long-term growth and retention. Qualifications Competitive wrestling background (collegiate college or high school level minimum; coaching experience preferred). Experience teaching/coaching wrestling in a gym, club, or school setting. Strong technical understanding of wrestling fundamentals and advanced techniques. Passion for martial arts and developing athletes of all levels. Strong communication and leadership skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional in all aspects.
