With our team of passionate, experienced instructors, paired with our software solutions and online platform, it’s easier than ever to get plugged into tennis and pickleball. We are building a positive community by bringing a new standard of tennis and pickleball programs and lessons directly to the hearts of communities everywhere. We are implementing technologies that empower organizers and communities everywhere to create meaningful and engaging tennis communities, events and leagues, while also having logistic technologies at their disposal to increase efficiency, retention, management control, and overall player participation. We are painting a new picture and perception of tennis and have never lost our core goal—to help bring the sport of tennis to everyone that could never experience it before and to build positive and meaningful community in the process.
Schedule:
We have Sunday afternoons for clinics. Responsibilities Plan and conduct engaging tennis lessons for junior players, focusing on skill development and sportsmanship. Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants, utilizing first aid knowledge when necessary. Manage class dynamics effectively, employing behavior management techniques to foster a supportive atmosphere. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Adapt coaching methods to accommodate various skill levels and special needs among participants. Qualifications Experience working with children in a coaching or educational setting Good classroom management skills Certification in First Aid and CPR Preferred Ability to implement behavior management techniques Knowledge of childhood development principles Experience in sports coaching
