Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. You will be responsible for training and developing soccer skills in players and developing them as people. If you have a love for the game and enjoy working with children and adults alike, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute engaging soccer training sessions for players of various skill levels
• Stay aligned with club framework to develop players technically, tactically, physically and psychosocially.
• Provide informal and formal feedback (evaluations) and guidance to help players improve
• Create a positive and supportive environment that fosters teamwork and sportsmanship
• Coordinate and participate in friendly matches, tournaments, and other soccer events
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
• Previous experience coaching soccer at various age levels
• Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate players
• Ability to adapt coaching methods to suit individual player needs
