At BFP, we redefine group exercise classes as “Group Personal Training.” Imagine a program where every individual’s needs are personalized within a supportive group setting. Picture Sally, a busy professional juggling work and family life, she’s looking to get stronger, leaner, and more confident. But Sally doesn’t have time to plan her own workouts, research the proper way to do them, nor is she interested in working out alone. You could be instrumental in delivering the BFP Experience to Sally and helping her achieve all of the above! But it’s not just about the X’s and O’s. We offer an experience. We focus heavily on that. Our coaches come in to every session with the mindset that it is a privilege to be there today and with a goal of making that hour the best hour of someone’s day. Not just because they worked out, but because you knew their name. Because you cared about how their weekend went and because you genuinely enjoy your career. We’re more than just a gym
- we’re a family.
Our culture is built on support, teamwork, and, above all, fun! As a potential member of our coaching team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your roll at BFP through our Private Training Program as well. You see we don’t just throw people into the fire in a group, we have them go through 4 private training sessions first. Ideally, with the coach that they will be working with most in group training. We also offer other programs such as Nutrition Coaching and Semi-Private Coaching as a chance to grow your career at BFP. If you’re ready to make a difference, be a part of something, and work with a team, keep reading for more specifics.
