JOB SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Director of Exceptional Children, the ECPK Programming and Coaching Specialist provides leadership, coaching, and coordination of services to ensure the effective implementation of high-quality instructional practices for preschool students with disabilities. This position includes oversight of ECPK service delivery, alignment with IEPs, and staff capacity-building through job-embedded professional development.
