Travel Baseball Coach The Performance Academy 1010 Classic Road, Apex, NC 27539 TPA Coaching Overview We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring exceptional leadership, energy, a strong work ethic, and a love for the game of baseball. These individuals must love working with young athletes and helping them develop into stronger and better players. Depending on the age group, coaches are generally required to attend one practice per week in the late afternoon or weekends, as well as, 4-5 weekend tournaments throughout the upcoming three month fall season. There is potential to coach again in the spring. We currently have 9U, 10U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15u, 16U, and 17U teams. You will be required to be on time to practices and tournament games, emailing and messaging parents, completing practice plans and player evaluations, and weekend travel. Qualifications Mandatory- Prior college baseball playing at least 2 years Prior coaching experience Strong knowledge of the game Prior experience working with kids Enthusiastic Strong work ethic
