Gymnastics Leadership Teaching Full Job Description Hours:

Approx. 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some Saturday hours during the school year (typically ending by 2:00 PM). SGA Gymnastics is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Xcel Coach to join our competitive team program, working specifically with Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire level athletes . We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing confident, skilled gymnasts in a positive, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop training plans for Xcel Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire athletes Provide technical instruction with an emphasis on skill development, progression, and athlete safety Foster a supportive team culture that emphasizes confidence, sportsmanship, and goal setting Attend in-house and travel meets as required throughout the competitive season Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other team staff

Qualifications:

Prior coaching experience with Xcel levels (Platinum and above strongly preferred) Knowledge of USAG Xcel program rules, routines, and level expectations Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to coach safely and confidently on all four events USAG professional membership and certifications (or willingness to obtain) Why SGA?
