Full-time faculty employment may be available in combination with the head crew coach position. Varsity Head Coach candidates must have the knowledge and ability to develop high level athletes in the sport, must be skilled at mentoring assistant coaches, and be able to recruit student-athletes through the Brewster admissions process. Full time teaching includes four sections, advising, and may live in a dorm.
