  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children Deliver world-class guest service Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders Other duties as assigned
  • Job Requirements:
  • + Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain + Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older + Must be able to communicate fluently in English + Strong communication skills + Must be willing to work weekends/Holidays + Must be comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended period of time + Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.

As a Non-Certified Snowboard Instructor, you have the ability to be a flexible employee who works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one-resort mentality which could include: + Lift Experience + Mountain Activities + Food and Beverage Support + Base Area Operations + Retail Rental Operations

  • Additional requirements for hires under age 18:
  • + Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician’s note, and/or proof of birthdate The expected pay range is $20/hr-$35/hr.
