This is a part-time, non-benefited position with appointment dates from August to June. Reporting to the Head Coach for Women’s Lacrosse, the successful candidate will assist with the administration and organization of a successful athletic program that competes in the Little East Conference at the NCAA Division III level.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparing, scheduling, and organizing of daily practice sessions, game preparation for competition and off-season training Recruiting of prospective student-athletes in accordance with the NCAA, Little East Conference, and Keene State College policies and procedures Promoting the program both on and off campus and complying with all NCAA Division III rules and regulations Provide general advising, mentoring and support to student athletes, specifically in the realm of academics Engaging in regular consultation with athletic training personnel to maximize the safety and wellness of student-athletes Demonstrating concern for the overall welfare of student athletes at all times Engaging in ethical decision-making and outstanding sportsmanship Executing all these responsibilities in a manner that reflects an ongoing commitment to the excellence, integrity and success of the Women’s Lacrosse program, of the Department of Athletics, and Keene State College.
