Duties/Responsibilities Overseeing all camp activities, skill drills, and games in both camp divisions. Design & implement camp curriculum – includes running daily skill stations, setting up and running the camp All-Star Game. Instruction & coaching: Teaching sport-specific skills, developing athletes’ abilities, and creating structured practice plans.
Supervision:
Monitoring campers’ safety and well-being, enforcing safety guidelines, and responding to any incidents or concerns, make sure all campers are accounted for before they are dismissed to parent/guardian at the conclusion of every camp day. Assist & mentor assistant coaches if they need help filling out the camper report cards. Minimum Requirements Former college player, assistant college coach or head high school coach. This position will be a part of a Youth Skills Camp. Keene State College is located in the scenic Monadnock region of Southwest New Hampshire and is an affiliate of the University System of New Hampshire. Located approximately 2 hours from Boston or Hartford CT, and 4 hours from New York City, the region contains many opportunities to enjoy outdoor recreation, cultural events, and a strong sense of community.
