Summary We are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team at Wentworth By The Sea Country Club. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to members of all ages while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Your contributions will help foster a love for swimming and promote water safety within our community. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging swim lesson plans for various skill levels. Instruct individuals and groups in swimming techniques and water safety. Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback. Ensure the safety of all swimmers by enforcing pool rules and regulations. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pool area. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required. Requirements Experience in teaching swimming or physical education is highly desirable. Strong behavior management skills to effectively engage students of all ages. Excellent communication skills to interact with members and parents. Ability to work flexible hours.
