Key Responsibilities include:
Program Management:
Develop, implement, and manage recreational gymnastics programs for various age groups and skill levels. Create and modify lesson plans and curriculum. Plan and organize special events such as Open Gym and Parent’s Night Out. Coordinate with Main Office and Ownership in managing schedules, registrations, and tuition payments. Assist in overseeing facility operations, including regular equipment inspection and maintenance.
Staff Supervision and Training:
Supervise and train gymnastics coaches and staff. Provide coaching and instruction in gymnastics skills. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
Customer Service and Communication:
Maintain excellent customer service and communication with parents and gymnasts. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Safety and Risk Management:
Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants. Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations. Provide appropriate spotting and instruction.
Administrative Tasks:
Ensure daily/reports are completed in a timely manner including skill charts, incident reports, etc. Manage budgets and track program finances. Attend and participate in staff training and professional development.
