Wildcat Football Evening Camp Coach – Adjunct 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Durham, NH USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app The Wildcat Football Evening Camp Coach – Adjunct will be designated for the week of July 7-11 during the 2025 Football Evening Camp. The coaches that fill this position will be tasked with the joint supervision of all the registered campers (approximately 300 individuals in grades 6-12). On top of assisting the full-time Football Staff with monitoring the campers, teaching the campers proper fundamentals and directing applicable positional drills will be a key function. Duties/Responsibilities Supervision of campers (40%) Approximately 300 campers are on campus throughout the 4 days of the camp. With campers organized into different age groups and position groups, they are naturally spaced out across a few different fields and each group will require supervision during the duration of the camp. Football skill instruction (35%) Student-athletes from every position group are desired to be hired to provide skill instruction to different groupings of positions at the camp. These student-athletes will direct the drills campers will go through and provide specific skill instruction. Set-up/clean-up of camp (25%) With the sheer number of campers participating, there is a need for set-up of football equipment, waters, and tables/benches for each day of the camp. Naturally, the clean-up of all this stuff is necessary at the end of each day as well.
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:
High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree preferred Previous experience working with youth in grades 6-12.

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with participants, parents, and colleagues, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong Supervision and Safety Awareness:
Ability to maintain constant vigilance and ensure the safety and well-being of youth participants in a variety of settings.
