Youth Sports & Exercise Instructor (NeverStopMoving365 Coach) •Currently looking for candidates that are available during the day, afternoon, and evening.•Are you passionate about sports, fitness, and inspiring children? We’re expanding our team of energetic, nurturing, and highly motivated Youth Swim Instructors! If you have an athletic background, enjoy working with kids ages 2-16, and are pursuing an education or health/science-related field, we’d love to connect with you. At NeverStopMoving365, we empower children of all abilities to develop sports skills, ignite a passion for fitness, boost their confidence, channel their energy positively, build character, and embrace a growth mindset — all through fun, movement-based lessons. About the Role As a Youth Swim Instructor on our NSM365 Team, you will: Create and deliver customized lesson plans tailored to each child’s goals and abilities. Motivate and encourage children to complete their workouts in a fun, supportive environment. Build strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering a community that grows through word of mouth. Communicate effectively with children using age-appropriate language and professionally with parents. Inspire and challenge your clients to become the healthiest, fittest versions of themselves.

Requirements:

All swimming certifications must be current. Experience working with children. Reliable transportation (we provide in-home sessions). CPR, AED, First Aid certified and willing to undergo background check if not currently working with schools or organizations that have done this on your behalf already.
