The ideal candidate has a strong background in playing and coaching table tennis, enjoys working with kids, and can foster both skill development and a love for the game in children (ages 5-12). Responsibilities Plan and conduct age-appropriate group table tennis sessions focused on skill-building, coordination, and fun Teach fundamental techniques, rules, and strategies in a structured and encouraging way Adhere to established guidelines and procedures set by management Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all children Motivate and inspire students to develop their confidence and teamwork through table tennis Provide constructive feedback and track student progress Manage equipment setup and maintain a clean playing area Communicate effectively Qualifications Minimum 2 years of table tennis playing experience (competitive or recreational with coaching aptitude) Prior experience coaching or working with children is strongly preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about teaching Join our growing team as a Table Tennis Coach where you can make a significant impact on the lives of young players while sharing your love for table tennis!
