Youth Sports Coach TableRex Montclair, NJ 07042 Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Sports Coaches to join our team. While experience in table tennis is a plus, it is not required – we provide full training to help you become a confident and capable table tennis coach. If you have a background in coaching youth sports and a passion for working with kids (ages 5-12), we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead fun and engaging group table tennis sessions (training provided) that promote skill-building, coordination, and confidence Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where all children feel encouraged and supported Teach basic techniques and rules in a clear, age-appropriate way Motivate students through positive reinforcement and energetic instruction Maintain a structured, respectful, and well-managed class Set up equipment and ensure the playing area is clean and organized Adhere to established guidelines and procedures set by management Provide constructive feedback and track student progress Communicate effectively Qualifications At least 1 year of experience coaching or teaching sports to children (any sport) A genuine enthusiasm for working with kids and helping them grow through sports Willingness to learn and be trained in table tennis instruction Strong communication and classroom management skills Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional Join our growing team as a Youth Sports Coach where you can make a significant impact on the lives of young players of table tennis!
