• Exposure to advanced Softball training either at the collegiate, club or high school level.
• Former playing experience is a big plus
• Experience developing youth softball players from 12U-18U.
• Passion for the game, the patience to teach, the communications skills, and the ability to relate and understand children of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Must be able to have weekend and some weekday availability for games and practices from September to early November. Ideally, our coaches will be with us for all four seasons (Fall, Winter training, Spring and Summer)
• High School Diploma required; Bachelors’ degree a plus.
• Salary and position based on past coaching and playing experience.
