Morristown, NJ 07960 STA are looking to add experienced and enthusiastic full time soccer coaches for both the boys and girls sides of the club ahead of the 25/26 season. The ideal candidates will have relevant practical and educational experience in youth soccer and be ready to immediately lead a number of our teams across the club, understanding the often irregular hours and nature of both weekend and evening work in this industry. With opportunities across portions of our broader ECNL Boys and Girls Academy programs, the ideal candidates will work closely with upper management and within programs competing for both Regional and National recognition. Beyond this, they will demonstrate the capability to manage multi team obligations across varying age groups showcasing a high degree of time management qualities, organizational proficiency and be excellent communicators.

Required:

Growth Mindset and capability to work as part of a team. USSF C License (attained or enrolled on) Min. 3 years coaching competitive club soccer or equivalent. Degree in a related field. Full working permissions in the USA. Valid Drivers License / own transport.
