Experienced Swim Instructor Making Waves Swim School Bridgewater, NJ 08807

Swim Instructor Responsibilities:

Teach private swim lessons Assess students ability Work with students at their pace while consistently challenging them to progress further Transition trial lessons to new enrollments Being an ambassador of safety Maintain positive relationships

Swim Instructor Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience teaching swim lessons in a professional setting Must be 18 years or older Prior Babysitting or Nanny experience Must be able to swim Work with beginner level students Work with pre-school aged students Current Lifeguard Certification or willingness to become certified CPR/AED Certification required Able to commit to our company for at least one year. No seasonal hires. Must possess good time management skills Must possess good communication skills Must possess strong organizational skills Must be able to have fun with their students!
