Head Girls Wrestling Coach
Delsea Regional High School – Southern New Jersey
Delsea Regional High School is excited to launch its first official Girls Wrestling program and is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Coach to lead this inaugural team. The ideal candidate will have strong wrestling knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the mat.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for girls wrestling athletes
Coach and mentor student-athletes in technique, strategy, and sportsmanship
Manage all aspects of the team, including practice planning, competitions, and athlete development
Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team environment
Collaborate with school administration and athletic department

Qualifications:

Experience coaching wrestling, preferably girls wrestling or youth/HS level
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to supporting a new program’s growth and success
Ability to motivate and mentor young athletes
