Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and energetic Pitching Coach to join our coaching staff. Our programs are based in the Union County, Monmouth County, and Morris County areas of NJ. This role will work closely with players aged 9U-18U to develop proper pitching mechanics, mental toughness, arm care routines, and game-time strategy. The Pitching Coach will attend some practices, games, and tournaments and will play a key role in shaping our pitching staff’s performance. This is a strict pitching role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pitching instruction during practices and Games Teach proper mechanics, pitch grips, and arm care techniques. Create and manage individualized development plans for pitchers. Track player progress and provide constructive feedback. Promote a positive and disciplined team culture.

Qualifications:

Prior coaching or playing experience (high school, college, or professional level preferred). Strong knowledge of pitching mechanics and injury prevention. Excellent communication skills with players and parents. Ability to travel on weekends for tournaments and attend weekday practices. Passion for youth development and baseball instruction.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with pitching technology (e.g., Trackman, Pocket Radar). CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain). Strong organizational skills.
